The place is clean, quiet, nice. The children's playroom is great! Love that they have free water bottles and snacks, including healthy snacks! However, the service managers are not too helpful and seem like they never have the time to be more than short woth you. I'm not particularly happy with their services or their products, but they aren't the worst. The service wait times aren't unreasonable and the waiting area is as pleasant as it can be. If you love Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicles, this is probably one of the better service departments.

I was then fortunate enough to find a service representative named Mickey at Larry H. Miller in Surprise. Wow what a difference. Mickey was professional in every way. I found him to be very knowledgeable and informative. In addition the level of service far exceeded anything I have ever experienced in an auto service representative. If you have a dodge vehicle that needs repairs and you live anywhere close to this dealership, even if you have to drive a few extra miles, I highly recommend Larry H. Miller and that you ask for Mickey.

They are really willing to work with you. Do not, DO NOT, go to Bill luke. I bought my car there and they were just stingy with crap (I got my second purchase at LHM) This past June I left Luke Air Force Base for Shaw AFB in SC. The very last time that I got my car serviced about 3 days before I left AZ, I needed an oil change and an alignment/balance. I had a package that you buy for 3 oil changes a year and so that was my last one, BUT Mike in the service dept didn't charge me for my alignment; 4 tires alignments aren't cheap, either. He said that I was such a loyal customer that he wasn't going to charge and he wished me well on my travels across the country. I just can't say enough good things abut that place. They always recognized me in the service department and always remembered the vehicle I drove.
